NH34 & NH35 Automatic – Setup & Care Guide
Hand-assembled in Los Angeles. Here's everything you need to know to get the most from your røwn watch. Select your movement below to jump to your guide.
Getting Started
How to wind & start your watch
First-time setup
Your røwn watch arrives without a charge. Follow these steps to start it for the first time:
Turn it counter-clockwise until it pops out to the winding position.
This gives the movement enough energy to start running. Wind gently — stop when you feel light resistance.
This activates the rotor. The watch will continue to charge automatically as you wear it throughout the day.
Restarting after sitting unworn
If your watch stops after not being worn, simply repeat the winding steps above. The NH35 has a 41-hour power reserve — there's no need to overwind.
Setup
Setting the time & date
The NH35 features quick-set date and a stop-second (hacking) function for precise time-setting. There are three crown positions:
The watch runs normally. For screw-down crowns, always screw the crown back in after use.
Pull the crown to the first click. Turn clockwise to advance the date.
Pull to the second click. The seconds hand stops for precision. Turn to set the time, then push the crown back in.
Inside your watch
The NH35 movement
The NH35 is a movement from TMI (Seiko Instruments) trusted for its reliability, accuracy, and longevity. No batteries, ever.
