Orders & Shipping

I ordered a watch, how long does my order take take?

Each røwn watch is individually assembled after your order is placed.

  • Production time: 2-4 weeks
  • Assembly & processing: 1-3 business days
  • Shipping: 1-3 days via USPS Priority Mail

Why does it take 2-4 weeks?

We source components specifically for your build and complete final assembly by hand in Los Angeles. This ensures each watch meets our quality standards.

Where are your watches assembled?

All watches are hand assembled, verified and packaged in Los Angeles before shipment. Never drop shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Once your watch is complete, it ships via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) within the United States.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking is provided as soon as your order ships.

Can I expedite my order?

Because each watch is built to order, production time cannot be rushed. Shipping is already expedited via Priority Mail once complete.

What movements do you use?

Nh34, NH35, NH38, NH70, NH71, NH72, VK63, Miyota 8285

All reliable automatic movements from TMI (Seiko Instruments) and Miyota known for their accuracy and durability.

Are your watches pre-made?

Each watch is assembled to order and verified before shipment.

What is the power reserve?

Approximately 41 hours when fully wound.

Do I need a battery?

No. Automatic watches are powered by movement and can also be hand-wound.

Are your watches replicas?

No. These aren’t replicas or fakes. Each watch is assembled under our own brand using high-quality components, with designs inspired by classic styles

Setup & Use

How do I set the time and date?

Use the crown positions to adjust time and date. Full instructions are available here.

Why did my watch stop?

If not worn regularly, it may lose power. Wind the crown 20–30 turns to restart.

Can I wind the watch manually?

Yes. The movement supports manual winding through the crown.

Care & Durability

Is my watch water-resistant?

Your watch is suitable for everyday use and pressure tested for depths up to 100M.

Please note that this is for solid caseback watches ONLY.

If your watch has a clear sapphire crystal caseback, you should avoid high-pressure water.

How should I care for my watch?

Keep it clean, avoid impacts, and store it safely when not in use. If you treat it well, it will treat you well.

Can I adjust the bracelet myself?

Yes. A screwdriver is included, and instructions can be found in the guides here.

Warranty & Coverage

What warranty is included?

All watches include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

How do I activate my warranty?

You can activate your warranty here.

Can I extend my warranty?

Yes. You can upgrade to 24-month coverage within 14 days of delivery here.

What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects only. It does not cover wear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Returns & Support

Do you accept returns?

Returns are not accepted for custom watches. Each røwn watch is assembled to order and individually verified and tested before shipment.

If your watch arrives with a defect or issue, we will take care of it under warranty.

All other watches are accepted within a limited window if the packaging remains unopened.

What if there’s an issue with my watch?

Contact support by filling out the ticket above and we’ll assist you under warranty if applicable.

Orders & Customization

Can I request a custom build?

Yes. You can use our Custom Watch Builder.

Will my watch look exactly like the photos?

Each watch is assembled individually with parts sourced based on availability, so slight variations may occur.

Our Custom Watch Builder uses a combination of real product images and AI generated assets to help you visualize the watch. In most cases the watch will look better than the photos.

I'm a Corporation or Business can I White Label your website?

Yes, we White Label. Please email your inquiry to contact@rownjewelry.com for pricing and availability.

Can I put my logo on your watch?

Yes. However, we only do so for business or brands placing larger orders. Please email your inquiry to contact@rownjewelry.com.

We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, as well as some buy now pay later options like Klarna.
