A. This website is operated by røwn. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Products & Orders
A. Each røwn watch is assembled to order and individually verified before shipment.
B. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun.
2. Order Changes
A. Changes may be requested prior to or during production, subject to approval and component availability.
B. Approved changes may incur additional material or sourcing costs, which will be invoiced and must be paid before implementation.
C. Approved changes may extend production and delivery timelines within reason, typically within a 72-hour adjustment window.
D. Change requests do not alter final sale status.
3. Product Representation & Component Availability
A. røwn uses a combination of real product imagery and AI-generated assets within the custom watch builder for visualization purposes.
B. Final products may vary slightly due to component availability, materials, and assembly requirements. These variations do not constitute defects and are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.
C. All watches are assembled using pre-manufactured components sourced from third-party suppliers. While availability is closely monitored, certain components may become unavailable after an order is placed.
D. If a selected component becomes unavailable, røwn may pause production and contact the customer to discuss available options, which may include sourcing the exact component at a later date, selecting a comparable replacement component, adjusting the configuration, or issuing a refund at our discretion.
E. Customers are responsible for responding within 3 days of contact. If no response is received, røwn reserves the right to proceed with a suitable replacement component of equal or greater quality.
F. Responses received after the 3-day window may result in additional fees due to components already sourced or allocated.
G. Delays, substitutions, fees, or decisions made due to component availability or lack of timely customer response do not constitute defects, misrepresentation, or grounds for return, refund, or chargeback.
4. Custom Watch Builder Terms
A. The custom watch builder is a visualization tool intended to represent general design configuration only.
B. Final products may vary based on component availability, assembly requirements, and functional compatibility.
C. Builder previews are not to scale and may not reflect exact proportions, thickness, or fitment.
D. Certain elements, including chapter rings, movement requirements, or internal components, may not be visible in the builder.
E. We will do our best to match your design.
F. Customers are responsible for reviewing all selections prior to checkout.
G. By placing an order, the customer confirms approval of the selected configuration.
H. Errors in selection, configuration, or design choices do not qualify for cancellation, return, or refund once production has begun.
I. If component limitations require adjustments, røwn reserves the right to make necessary modifications to ensure functionality and structural integrity while maintaining the intended design as closely as possible.
5. Design Confirmation
A. Before checkout, customers are provided with a final design preview based on their selected configuration.
B. By completing the purchase, the customer confirms that all selections, including components, layout, and overall design, have been reviewed and approved.
C. This confirmation applies to all visual and functional aspects of the build, including elements not fully represented in the builder such as proportions, internal components, or fitment adjustments.
D. Once an order is placed and enters production, the design is considered final.
E. Errors, omissions, or changes in preference after this point do not qualify for cancellation, return, refund, or chargeback.
6: Third-Party Logos & Brand Affiliation
A. Some components may feature third-party logos, brand names, or trademarks that are present on pre-manufactured parts sourced from independent suppliers.
B. røwn is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any third-party brands whose names or logos may appear on components.
C. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
D. Customers acknowledge that any such markings are part of the original component design and do not indicate brand partnership, authorization, or origin.
E. Requests to remove, modify, or replace third-party logos must be made prior to ordering and are subject to feasibility, additional costs, and extended production timelines.
F. The presence of third-party markings does not constitute misrepresentation or grounds for return, refund, or chargeback.
7. Dial Fitment, Modifications & Chapter Rings
A. Certain dial and case combinations may require the use of a chapter ring to ensure proper fit.
B. In cases where a dial is smaller than the selected case, a chapter ring will be used to close the gap.
C. Chapter rings are selected to match the overall design and finish of the case.
D. The use of a chapter ring may not be reflected in the builder preview.
E. Certain dial and case combinations may require minor modifications to ensure proper fit.
F. In some cases, dials may be trimmed to fit smaller cases.
G. All modifications are performed with the intent of preserving the original design as closely as possible.
H. If a modification cannot be completed without materially altering the design, the customer will be notified and alternative options will be discussed.
I. Customers with concerns about cohesion or appearance should contact us prior to placing an order.
J. Fitment adjustments and modifications are a normal part of the assembly process and do not constitute a defect, misrepresentation, or grounds for return, refund, or chargeback.
8. Case Size Selection & Special Requests
A. Certain configurations allow customers to select a case size from available options. The builder does not visually reflect case size differences.
B. Requests for smaller-than-offered case sizes must be submitted prior to ordering and are subject to feasibility, component availability, and potential additional charges.
C. Customers must contact contact@rownjewelry.com before placing an order for any special size requests.
D. Final case dimensions may vary by approximately 1–3mm due to fitment requirements, movement compatibility, and manufacturer tolerances.
E. Variations in case size do not constitute defects, misrepresentation, or grounds for return, refund, or chargeback.
9. Production Timeline & Shipping
A. All watches, including predesigned and custom builds, are made to order.
B. Predesigned watches may require shorter assembly times than fully custom builds but are still assembled only after an order is placed and remain subject to component availability and sourcing requirements.
C. Processing and sourcing typically require 1–3 business days.
D. Component sourcing, international shipping, import processing, and final assembly typically require 2–4 weeks from the start of production. Most orders ship within approximately 2 weeks, but this is not guaranteed.
E. Each watch undergoes a 48–72 hour inspection and regulation period prior to shipment.
F. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days). Tracking is provided once shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates.
G. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders cannot be rerouted once placed.
H. Customers with questions regarding timelines are encouraged to contact contact@rownjewelry.com prior to placing an order.
I. Rush requests may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, but customers must contact us before ordering to confirm feasibility and obtain an estimated timeline. Rush requests depend on component availability and sourcing constraints and may not be possible. Placement of a rush request does not guarantee expedited completion.
J. All timelines are estimates only. Delays related to sourcing, supplier availability, or logistics do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
10. Delivery Responsibility
A. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
B. røwn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
11. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
A. If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
12. Returns
A. Returns are not accepted for custom builds.
B. Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in original packaging.
C. Opened, worn, or altered items are not eligible for return.
D. A $30 restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
E. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
F. Returns are not accepted for sizing, preference, or normal wear.
13. Defective or Incorrect Items
A. Customers must contact contact@rownjewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery.
B. Customers must include order number and clear photos of the issue.
C. røwn will review and resolve the case under warranty if applicable.
14. Refunds
A. Refunds are only issued for approved cases involving defective or incorrect items.
B. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
C. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
15. Warranty
A. All watches include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
B. Warranty activation must be completed within 14 days of delivery.
C. Late registrations may not be eligible for coverage.
D. Warranty upgrades or extensions must be completed within this 14-day window.
E. røwn covers shipping costs for approved warranty claims.
F. Coverage is subject to verification and eligibility.
16. Warranty Exclusions
A. The warranty does not cover damage from water exposure, impact, accidental damage, improper use, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
17. Water Resistance
A. Solid case back models are tested up to 100 meters under controlled conditions.
B. Sapphire display case backs are not rated for submersion.
C. Water resistance is not guaranteed under all conditions.
D. Water damage is not covered under warranty.
18. Timekeeping
A. Mechanical movements may vary in accuracy and are not guaranteed to keep perfect time.
B. Minor deviations are normal and not considered defects.
19. Unauthorized Modifications
A. Third-party modifications or servicing void all warranty coverage.
20. Disputes & Chargebacks
A. Customers agree to contact contact@rownjewelry.com prior to initiating disputes.
B. Disputes related to customization, component availability, design variation, timelines, or substitutions are not valid grounds for chargebacks.
21. Builder & Configuration Responsibility
A. Customers are responsible for reviewing all selections before checkout.
B. Errors in configuration do not qualify for cancellation, return, or refund once production begins.
22. Warranty Transfer
A. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser unless otherwise approved.
23. Service & Repairs
A. Service timelines may vary depending on parts availability and workload.
B. Timelines are not guaranteed.
24. Allergies & Skin Sensitivity
A. Products may contain metals, coatings, or materials that can cause reactions in some individuals.
B. røwn is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
C. Customers are responsible for reviewing materials prior to purchase.
D. Allergic reactions are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, refund, or warranty claims.
25. Additional Information
A. Minor packaging damage does not affect the product inside.
B. Slight variations in color or finish may occur.
C. Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
D. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing before purchase.
E. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes.
26. Eligibility
A. Customers confirm they are authorized to use the payment method and are of legal age.
27. Limitation of Liability
A. røwn’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
B. røwn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
28. Changes to Terms
A. røwn reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
B. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes.
